Aunn Zara is an Urdu drama show directed by Haissam Hussain, produced by Shahzad Chaudhry and stars Osman Khalid Butt as Aunn and Maya Ali as Zara. Aunn is the only man in his family and is overly pampered. He meets Zara, a retired army officer’s only daughter, and soon they get married. He eventually moves out with her to lead an independent life but blames it on her when things don’t work out. While helping Aunn and Zara with their marital life, his aunt and her father come closer.

Directed by Sarmad Khoosat and produced by Momina Duraid, the show tells the story of Falak, who makes a sculpture of a man from her dream. Falak finds the man matching her sculpture in the form of Salman. After obsessively chasing him, Falak gets married to Salman but the latter begins to treat her poorly. A tragic incident tears Falak away from Salman but brings her closer to God.

Zubeida dominates her husband, Farman, and tries to control her daughter Sharmeen’s life but is unsuccessful. Zubeida and Ghazanfar loved each other before Ghazanfar married Zubeida’s sister, Firdouz. When she finds out about Farman’s second wife, Neelam, she decides to divorce Farman for Ghazanfar. Will she get Ghazanfar back in her life?

Aaleen, an expat girl, marries a man who is of her father’s age, but the marriage fails miserably. Her friend Adal, the son of a politician, is forced to marry Suhaai, a child bride. Soon, Adal and Aaleen fall in love and get married. However, he gradually accepts Suhaai as his wife, which complicates all their lives even more.

Noorulain aka Noorie is put in an orphanage after her uncle’s death. She is soon adopted by the royal family, and everyone hopes that the change will be for the better now.

Abdul Qadir proposes to Zareen but she rejects him. Heart-broken, Abdul Qadir moves to England and meets Nell who brings him back to the path of God. Later, Abdul Qadir’s mother employs a now poor Zareen to divert his mind away from God.
